Small in Scale, Heavy on Intention

Ok so BOOM!! Here I am doing a pickup at where else? Nordies DUH!! And so, I'm trying to avoid perusing so much becuz I hate when something catches my eye and I gotta swing the price tag around to contemplate whether I'm gonna skip a meal or not. I'm gliding pass the accessories section n see some micro bags danglin in my peripherial. I pause n move in for a closer look. Oh! These are cute-I don't linger longer than I need to in order to stay focused.

I'm not big on micro bags **no pun intended** but I admire the love yall have for them. But every so often, one earns its place by pure charm alone. Enter these beauties: Coach leather and gold metal Tabby bag charms. Petite, polished, and well made. Offered in black, chalk (off white), and peony, this trio proves that scale has nothing to do with impact. While the black leans timeless and chic, it was peony that caught me in its quiet orbit.

There’s something truly mauve-a-lous about this muted pink. A neutral with personality. Soft, but never shy. It invites a second glance without demanding it. The craftsmanship seals the deal. I only intended on the leather charm but after sleeping on it a few days, I also discovered the gold charm and knew I wanted to pair them together to extend the look. Like...a mini bag with a mini-er bag, lol. The leather charm comes with a crossbody strap and even more decadent its a gold chain. You can repurpose it. Win, Win!!

The charms carry a satisfying weight that immediately sets them apart, and while there are cheaper dupes floating around in Amazon for the gold charm, these ain't them. "Pay the Five Gina" becuz the dupes hold no candle to the real thing.

I don’t own a full-size Tabby, but these micro versions feel like the perfect entry point. For me, the smaller charm becomes an accessory rather than a bag, worn the way you’d wear a necklace. Thoughtful, dainty, and unmistakably me. If I had to sip it or spit it, lol (ooh that's so unlady like), I'd definitely chug it aka KEEP IT!! Although it's subjective if it's worth the splurge but I can assure you, they won't last too long. These bags are big enough to hold ALL my patience **snickers** and I'll see what else it can hold. These days, I don't carry much: phone in hand, lipgloss, earpods, hand sanitizer and keyfob-DASSIT!! If I come across a wristlet, I'll see how it looks adding the Tabby to it and report back.
Consider this your sign to accessorize boldly, sip slowly, and treat yourself to the good stuff. Some things are worth savoring, like a perfectly pulled espresso and a charm that finishes the look just right ☕✨
