Coffee To Go: It Started Here

Coffee to Go ☕️ A segment lighter than Espresso Pours, more spontaneous, and doesn't require a whole production.

This week, I put myself on a little social media timeout. My phone now gives me three hours a day, and already my screen time is down 13%. Not bad eh! I’ve been reading more, taking morning and evening walks, sleeping better, and honestly, I love the clarity I get when I’m walking. There’s something about stepping away from the noise that lets me hear (and talk to) myself a little better.

And what I’m hearing is: I’m tired of just talking about it. I want to do it. The YouTube channel, I want you to find on your own, lol. The coffee table book I’ve been putting off for years. Maybe even that little book of vintage posts I keep thinking about. Do I know exactly what I’m doing? Absolutely not. 😂 But I’m realizing I don’t need the whole blueprint to take the first step and small goals n wins are better than none at all. The excitement of an idea eventually wears off, and that’s when I have to shift into second gear and keep moving-basically gun it.

So this little Coffee To Go is a placement holder. A timestamp. A note to Future Kisha.

When the books are finished, when the videos are flowing, when I’m more comfortable behind the camera and I’ve finally built the things I’ve been dreaming about, I want to remember this moment.

It started here. I am okay with being a beginner.
